Career Guidance
As a Career Counselor, I help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional future. Through personalized one-to-one counseling, I guide students in selecting the right course, branch, college, or university based on their interests, aptitude, career goals, and future opportunities. I also provide expert assistance in admission counseling processes such as JoSAA, CSAB, state-level counseling, and university admissions. My objective is to help students and parents choose the most suitable academic pathway that leads to long-term career success and satisfaction.
Institutional Excellence Strategist
I am an Academic Excellence Strategist specializing in Quality Assurance, Accreditation, Institutional Rankings, and the effective implementation of NEP-2020 in higher education institutions. I work closely with universities and colleges to strengthen academic quality systems, improve NAAC and NIRF performance, develop strategic growth plans, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. My expertise helps institutions align with national educational reforms, enhance governance, promote innovation, and achieve excellence in teaching, learning, research, and overall institutional performance.
Life Skills Mentor
As a Life Skills Mentor, I empower students and young professionals to unlock their true potential through motivation, ethical values, positive thinking, and self-awareness. My mentoring approach focuses on building confidence, developing a growth mindset, and harnessing the power of the subconscious mind to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional success. Through interactive guidance and practical strategies, I help individuals enhance decision-making, emotional resilience, leadership qualities, and character development, enabling them to lead a purposeful, disciplined, and successful life.

Principal, Director & Dean Research | SAM College of Engineering & Technology, Millennium Institute of Technology & Science and Madhyanchal Professional University, Bhopal (2014–2021)
Held key leadership positions as Principal and Director, providing strategic direction for academic administration, institutional development, quality assurance, faculty management, and student success initiatives across multiple engineering institutions. Led efforts to enhance academic standards, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and organizational growth while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
At Madhyanchal Professional University, additionally served as Dean Research, overseeing research administration and doctoral studies for more than 600 Ph.D. scholars across diverse disciplines. Served as Project Director, leading skill development, training, and capacity-building initiatives with a strong focus on industry-relevant education and employability enhancement. Successfully secured and managed government grants under the National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM), overseeing project planning, implementation, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and outcome assessment. Worked closely with government agencies, industry partners, and training teams to design and execute programs that bridged the gap between education and workforce requirements.
In addition to skill development initiatives, played a significant role in organizational administration, business operations, and strategic expansion. Led the establishment of a security services company, successfully revived and managed a miniplex, and established a girls’ hostel, demonstrating expertise in institutional management, resource mobilization, operational planning, and sustainable business development. This diverse experience strengthened my capabilities in both academic and industry administration, combining leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational growth.
Director, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) | SRK University, Bhopal (2025–Present)
Currently serving as Director, IQAC, leading the University’s quality assurance, accreditation, and institutional excellence initiatives. Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality enhancement measures aligned with the standards of NAAC, NIRF, and other regulatory frameworks. Spearheading institutional data management, academic audits, policy formulation, outcome-based education practices, and continuous improvement strategies to strengthen academic quality and governance.
Actively coordinating NAAC accreditation and NIRF ranking activities, including strategic planning, documentation, performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based decision-making. Working closely with academic and administrative departments to foster a culture of quality, innovation, accountability, and excellence, contributing to the University’s vision of becoming a nationally recognized center of higher education and research.
